Exceptional
A beautifully furnished design hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The hotel cooks wonderfully, we enjoyed both breakfast and lunch. The higher floors of the hotel offer an amazing view. The advantage of the hotel is the swimming pool on the roof, where you can cool off and relax on hot days. We have certainly not been here for the last time. Vladimir Czech Republic

Great hotel, great staff, the best value for money!
Staff was great, very helpful in every situation and friendly. Breakfast was really the highlight of our stay, with generous buffet offer + a la card orders - all included in the price. Hotel is close to huge parking lot (again, good thing if you rented a car). Location is in very vibrant part, full of caffes, restaurants and bars, but if you are not into that, inside is cozy and silent. Rooms are modern, new and very clean. Free WIFI available, of course. Rooftop pool is also very nice! We had situation that we forgot some stuff in the hotel and they arranged delivery to the airport; in 20 minutes, we had everything with us. You can have nice rooms and furniture, but human factor is priceless.
Possibilities for improvement - to add plug in the bathroom (at least, we couldn't find it) and there is no pricelist for drinks in the hotel bar.

Best place to stay in St Julians/Paceville
I can definitely recommend this hotel! A new property, opened just 3 months ago, designed by a high-class Italian architects, Lago and other famous Italian brands furniture in the rooms, fast WiFi, a-la-carte breakfast with many healthy options, a well-equipped gym, a pool with 360 view on the rooftop… what else do you need for a perfect vacation? Also many thanks to the team - they are doing a great job!

Pool Area Only accessible by marble stairs which get incredibly wet from people walking back down after going in the pool. My partner slipped on the wet stairs and cut open his elbow. There really needs to be a rubber floor mat on these stairs to avoid serious injury. Unfortunately we weren't able to properly voice our concerns about this at the time because the staff member on reception did not speak English - I have added this info only to explain why we did not raise this while we were there. Also goes without saying that since there is no lift, this entire area is inaccessible to disabled people or those with ailments which is poor for a newly-built hotel. Location/guests Good location if you are here for a night out as is in night club district, but the outside streets are loud. We were surprised at the young age of the guests, and on numerous occasions we found young visitors sat out in the corridors which smelled of smoke. If you are wanting a quiet / luxurious stay, I would opt for a different location. Parking Advertised as having parking - and we specifically enquired about this - but the staff did not inform us that it is on a first-come first-served basis. We had to park our car on the street and the wing mirror got damaged. Facilities Whilst the completed areas of the hotel are nice, much of it is still under construction. To get to the pool you have to walk through the top floor, and there is building equipment and cables running across the corridor. The hotel has gone for a high-tec vibe, but we found that many of these features weren't properly working - lighting and interactive mirror.
